Edie Lopez has a deeply rooted connection to Santa Fe’s history as a descendant of 400+ years of Spanish and Native American heritage. She returned after 35 years in California where she owned a land-use and compliance consulting firm. Edie chaired the Pasadena Planning Commission, served as a World Cup Ambassador and Colorado Springs Redevelopment Community Advisory Board Member, was a delegate at the World Women’s Conference in Beijing, and served on numerous corporate and non-profit boards. Throughout her career, she has advocated for inclusivity, equity, and affordable housing. Edie is committed to preserving Santa Fe’s charm, culture, and accessibility for all its people to enjoy this unique historical city.
